Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, at 7.30pm in The Studio at St Thomas’ Centre, Chatsworth Road (please note – this is not the Main Hall).
Doors open at 7.00pm.
Admission is free for members, and £2.00 for visitors (subject to available space).
The formal business of the AGM will include the presentation of the 2024 Minutes, Annual Report, and Accounts, followed by the Election of Officers and Committee Members for the coming year.
After the formal business has concluded, our Guest Speaker, Andy Bond, Town Centre Manager at Chesterfield Borough Council, will give a talk on the Market Place and other town centre developments.
Light refreshments will be served after the meeting (if possible).
This is an excellent opportunity for members to hear about recent developments in Chesterfield, take part in the Society’s business, and have an informal chat with the committee.
